  1. How very recursive of you two. You embedded media — remediated it — in your presentation, making a presentation about remediation by using remediation in your presentation. Clever!

    That written, though, I did like your examples of thinking about malls and town centers as forms of remediated shop fronts and living areas. They try to embed their own forms of immediacy and hypermediacy in how people think about the space itself, both exposing the division between where people live and shop, and erasing it at the same time.
